We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our artisans are respected.
Standard orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped.
If the order has shipped, please follow our Returns Policy.
For custom or bespoke pieces, cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of deposit payment.
After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable as materials have likely been sourced and work begun.
